As a child, I had no problems falling asleep.

Now, I become exhausted after 3 days because of the inability to fall asleep. I have suffered with insomnia for at least 20 years. I have no stamina to speak of and would feel so much better if I could get away from benzodiazepines to fall to sleep. Even with the pills, I wake up 2-3 times each night.

I also have Degenerative Disk Disease and have prayed for several years for healing for both problems. I've also been told that there are 'faith-healers' but do not know where to find one.
