me and my bf have been together now for 2 years we have just started having sex. and we decided for him to wear two condoms for double the protection well now i've heard that if you wear two they rub against each other and break.
and i wanted to know if this was true or not? thanx for your time.
Two condoms may be the best birth control in the world, since I can't see how he can stay hard when covered in all that rubber! Just kidding.
Two heads may be better than one, but two condoms are definately not better than one. While double bagging in the supermarket provides extra protection against breakage, using two condoms is risker than using one condom at the same time. When two condoms are worn, it usually causes some friction between them and hence the chance of breakage is much higher.
If condoms are used and worn correctly, there should be no reason why you should consider double the protection.
