ASK DR LOVE

Every Tuesday, Doctor Love personally answers three questions. Due the volume of requests, she cannot possibly answer them all, but perhaps yours will be chosen. We do not at this time notify you if your question has been answered. Simply check back to the site the following Tuesday to see if your question is in the Latest Columns. Please make sure you check off the correct box if you want your question directed to Dr Love, Comunity Advice, or both.

COMMUNITY ADVICE

Every week, we also post member's questions on our new Community Advice page. Here, other members of Dr Love.com can answer your question and vote on the answers of others. Here you may get many different answers to consider, and even be inspired to give some advice or leave comments to someone else's question. Please make sure you check off the correct box if you want your question directed to Dr Love, Comunity Advice, or both.

Of course none of your personal information that we have, which amounts only to a  username and email address, is published with any questions submitted here. 

OTHER OPTIONS

If you need a more immediate answer, you can try our new Forums, where you can engage in discussions with other users in a more personal, interactive, and in-depth manner. If you have a more serious problem that requires therapy, consider a personal consultation with Dr.Love. If this is an emergency situation, seek help from your local mental health agency or even the police if the situation warrants it.

Enter a brief description of the problem you are asking about. You can browse all the questions on this site to get an idea. For a silly example, "Woman Whose Husband Was Abducted By Aliens" - but be serious if you want a reply!

A word or phrase that describes you in this situation. This is an opportunity to be a little clever, if you wish. Again, there are many examples on the website. For example, if your husband was abducted by aliens, you might sign it, "Wishing Upon Stars".

If she does not, she may suggest you read another response to the same question which she already answered, or give you guidance about how to write a question more likely to get an answer, so it's a good idea to provide this.
