Question

I have recently started a new job, and there is a beautiful woman there who has caught my eye, and I think I have caught hers as well (shared smiles, eye contact, etc. ).

Anyway, being a romantic at heart, I thought it might be fun to start leaving romantic poetry on her desk in the morning before she got there. One friend says it's a good and cute idea. Another says that it might spook her, since she might not know whom it's from (though I think she would have a pretty good idea).

What do you say to this? Would it be fun and romantic for her? Or would it put her off?

It's hard to know sometimes what is acceptable in the modern world.

What is acceptable in the modern world is whatever your heart tells you is acceptable!

Because you are a romantic sort of man, it makes sense that you would be romantic in your courtship behavior. This is who you are. Keep in mind that the unconscious part of the psyche is capable of instantly sizing up or reading another person.

I think she's attracted to you because, among other things, she finds your essence appealing. She has already picked up on what kind of man you are and on an unconscious level she knows just how romantic you are. So just show your true colors and let fate take its course.
