Dear Dr. Love,

I am a 29 year old woman who has just recently experienced her first orgasm. . . at least that is what I think it was!? I love my boyfriend very much, and he makes me feel so comfortable in bed. . . just recently, we were engaged in oral intercourse and an explosion came out of me!
