Person Who Can't Show His or Her Face at the Moment of Orgasm

Question
Feeling the need to hide your face when you come may be a sign that you feel ashamed about your sexuality. What could have caused this?
Feeling ashamed about your sexuality can be the result of sexual abuse. The other possibility is that someone made you feel ashamed about sex during your formative years. Perhaps you were raised by a sexually inhibited mother or father. In which case, you absorbed their negative feelings about sex.
Another variant of the above scenario is that either your mother or father directly poisoned you regarding sex by tellling you that it is nasty or dirty. You need to soul-search and find out the origin of the problem. Once you understand, you can begin to heal. Often this kind of work needs to be done with the help of a therapist.
Good luck.
