Question

My boyfriend and I are having a running argument. He says that I can only become pregnant if his penis enters inside me. I say that this isn't the only way to get pregnant.

Who is right?


Answer

You are right that a woman can become pregnant if a man ejaculates near her vagina. When a woman is lubricated sperm deposited outside the body can travel inside via the woman's natural lubrication.

A woman can also become pregnant if a man has semen on his hands and then transfers that semen to her body using his fingers to stimulate her.
