My boyfriend and I have been together for about a year and a half now and have been having sex for about 4 months. For the last couple of months he's been having a problem...he acheives an orgasm, but nothing 'comes out.'

It sounds like your guy is suffering from retrograde ejaculation, which means that his seminal fluid flows into his bladder at orgasm rather than through his urethra and out of the penis. About 2 percent of diabetics report this symptom, so he needs to be checked for diabetes.

If he doesn't has diabetes, then have him see a urologist who specializes in diagnosing male sexual dysfunctions.
