I am 53 and have been with a man 23 years. We are both health care professionals. We have 3 young children. He is a very charming prominent doctor and he has, to say the least...been living a double life. I realize he is a sociopath and I was wondering if you have ever had success with people like him and what does it take. Do they ever see themselves as having this problem?
